The material is made on the basis of polyester nonwoven fabric (spunbond) laminated with aluminum foil over PET film. It has the same properties as Alubond Al, but is used when ultra-high strength of the covering layer of thermal insulation is required (in case of sanitizing insulated pipelines, mains, tanks with high-pressure devices) or high tensile and tear strength requirements. Due to the properties of polyester fiber, the material is very well stitched, has good adhesion to mounting sticks on acrylic bitumen and butyl rubber bases. - resistant to most solvents and aggressive solutions.
Composition:
Polyester non-woven fabric (spunbond) - 60 grams/m.sq.
Aluminum foil 9 microns + PET film 12 microns
Duplicating polymer 20 grams/m.sq.
The total density of the material is 125 grams / sq.m.
The material is supplied in rolls:
Width 1000mm
Length 25m
Winding on a cardboard sleeve d.59mm
Roll weight 3.5 kg
